Welcome to Nextlayer Technology ("we", "us", "our", “Nextlayer”). By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following disclaimer. Please read this disclaimer carefully before using our services.
Nextlayer Technology is a Bitcoin Lightning Network company. Our services facilitate instant Bitcoin transactions between users through the Bitcoin Lightning Network. Unlike traditional credit card processors, our system uses Bitcoin held in a digital wallet application (the Lightning Network) for instant transactions between nodes in a mesh-like network (“Platform”).
Due to the cash-like nature of Bitcoin transactions on the Lightning Network, chargebacks are not possible. Customers must authorize payments, and transactions cannot be reversed once completed.

All information provided on the Platform is subject to change without notice. By continuing to use the Platform, You agree to have read the Terms and Conditions governing the Platform and agree to abide by the same.
Except as expressly stated in an Agreement between You and Nextlayer, all contents and services provided on the Platform are provided on an “As-is” basis without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
