Nextlayer Technology is a Bitcoin Lightning Network company. Our services facilitate instant Bitcoin transactions between users through the Bitcoin Lightning Network. Unlike traditional credit card processors, our system uses Bitcoin held in a digital wallet application (the Lightning Network) for instant transactions between nodes in a mesh-like network (“Platform”).
Due to the cash-like nature of Bitcoin transactions on the Lightning Network, chargebacks are not possible. Customers must authorize payments, and transactions cannot be reversed once completed.
All information on the Platform is provided on the basis that any user (“You”) accessing the Platform undertakes the responsibility for the use of the Platform. All information provided on the Platform is subject to change without notice. By continuing to use the Platform, You agree to have read the Terms and Conditions governing the Platform and agree to abide by the same.
Except as expressly stated in an Agreement between You and Nextlayer, all contents and services provided on the Platform are provided on an “As-is” basis without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
Nextlayer does not ensure that any files or other data You download from the Platform will be free of viruses or contamination or destructive features. Nextlayer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of accuracy, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose. By engaging with Nextlayer, You agree and understand that You download data from the Platform at your own discretion and risk and that you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer and mobile devices and any loss of data or information that might result from it.
Nextlayer disclaims any and all liability for the acts, omissions, and conduct of any third parties in connection with or related to your use of the Platform.
The above disclaimer applies to any damages, liability, or injuries caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use, whether for breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of action.

You assume full responsibility for your use of the Platform. The sole remedy available to You against Nextlayer for dissatisfaction with the Platform or any of its content is to stop using the Platform or any such content.
